We aim to ship plants from our plant nursery as soon as possible. We only ship on Monday's (order cut off on Friday mornings) to give plants the best chance to arrive before the weekend. About National Tropicals Plant Nursery

National Tropical Plants online nursery offers a huge range of tropical plants and general garden plants for Australia. We are located in Rosedale, Central Queensland, which is about 80km north of Bundaberg in a beautiful part of Australia. Our garden plants can be sent via mail order throughout the following states: New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, ACT, the Northern Territory and Queensland. We are an online nursery only, and therefore can focus totally on keeping our prices low, our quality high, and our customer service outstanding!

Customers in Bundaberg, Gladstone, Agnes Water 1770, Berrajondo, Gin Gin, Childers or any other places close to our nursery might like to pick up their plant orders - feel free to contact us about the pick up option. Garden plants orders do need to be placed in advance, either in our online nursery or over the phone, as we do not have cash or credit card facilities on the property. We also deliver plants to Bundaberg for free, and possibly to some other places, so don't hesitate to enquire if we can provide that service for you.

National Tropical Plants is now supplying wholesale plants as well. We have some fantastic deals on wholesale plants available which would be great for other plant nurseries, market stalls, or bulk home gardeners. Please contact us if you would like to purchase plants in bulk.

How our tropical & garden plants are packaged and delivered

All our tropical & garden plants are picked on Saturday (cut-off time = Friday morning) and unpottted. They are then soaked in seaweed solution for a suitable amount of time for the particular plant (some plants like more soaking then others). Seaweed solution strengthens the plants, makes them more pest and disease resistant, and greatly reduces transplant and transport stress. Our plants happily travel for a couple of weeks in the mail, although most arrive very quickly; between 2 and 4 days.

All our garden plants are packaged with the greatest care and posted to you most Monday's via Australia Posts e-parcel. E-parcel is traceable and quick – your plants will be delivered to your door in a flash. To give your garden & tropical plants the best start, please download the grow notes, and try and follow them as closely as possible. In our plant nursery, we take great care in preparing our plants for transport, which requires some preparation. Therefore we can only process orders which are paid for before Friday morning. If you have bought plants online and paid for them after Friday morning we will send them the week after. Nothing here is automated and every order and plant is treated with the greatest care and customized for the types of garden plants.
