For live plants:
All our plants leave the nursery in top condition and are packaged to the very best of our abilities. Should any of your plants, despite our care, arrive damaged we will replace the damaged plants for you, or we can provide a credit or refund. Please note that photo’s of the parcel & the plants will need to be provided before a refund, exchange or credit is processed. This is very important, as we cannot assist you without photo's. Claims are only accepted within 2 weeks of your parcel arriving!
All our plants can be traced through Australia Post’s Express Post service. If your parcel is lost during transport by Australia Post, although this is out of our control, we will still replace your order, or provide a credit or refund, up to the value of $100 (excluding postage costs). We will assist you in filing a claim with Australia Post for orders with a value over $100.
We offer growing guides for all the plants at the following webpage: Plant Nursery Grow Notes. They are there to help you grow your plants, but does not provide you with a guarantee. We recommend you read as much as you can about the varieties of plants you are purchasing, and make up your own mind as to whether your climate & conditions are right for this plant. National Tropicals Plant Nursery cannot be held responsible for incorrect growing methods, unsuitable climates, weather conditions and other influences beyond our control. We are always available to assist you in successfully growing your plants so please call or email for further instructions if needed.
Please note that postage is a cost which has already been incurred – postage costs are not refunded in any case.
For non-plant items:
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We must receive items in their original condition and goods will be inspected before an exchange, refund or credit is processed. Please include proof of purchase with your returned item. Postage to return the item is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you select registered post with added insurance. If you would like to exchange your product for a different product, you are responsible for the postage costs of the exchange item. Claims are only accepted within 2 weeks of your parcel arriving!
If your items arrive damaged, or are deemed not to meet the advertised performance, we will provide an exchange if available, or we can provide a credit or refund. Goods will need to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt or as soon as is practically possible. Goods are subject to inspection before refund, exchange or credit is processed.
