Striking succulent from the Euphorbia family from Mexico. Produces multiple light green stems in a zigzag motion, forming a clump of 2m x 2m in warm climates, smaller in colder climates. Handles frost up to -5C. Grows well in full sun or part shade, but tends to look better in part shade. Very drought tolerant once established. Well suited to rockeries, containers and gardens all-round. Pretty bird attracting orange red flowers are produces which resemble a slipper. Easily propagated from cuttings & seeds. Let the cutting callous over before planting. The Lady Slipper Plant is the plant in the bottom left hand corner in the picture with the bright green foliage.
