This is a great plant for the tropics, subtropics but also grows and produces fruit in Temperate conditions (up to Victoria). It is a hardy, long lived plant suitable for orchards and greenhouses. Needs a sunny, well lit position with well draining soil. Feed heavily and regularly with seaweed solution, and compost. Water well and much well. Do not mulch around the base or rotting of the trunk may occur. Great tasting fruit with many seeds. The seeds of the Pomegranate may be grown and are located inside the fruit.
